Undertaking Along with Terms & Conditions
I/We, the undersigned guest(s), willingly agree to stay at Jaivik Vilas Organic Farm and Retreat and hereby undertake to abide by all the rules, regulations, and policies laid down by the management during our stay.
By signing this undertaking, I/We confirm that:
1. General Conduct
- I/We shall maintain proper decorum, discipline, and respectful behavior within the premises.
- I/We understand that Jaivik Vilas is a peaceful, family-oriented, eco-friendly organic retreat and agree to preserve its serene environment.
- I/We shall not engage in any activity that may disturb other guests, staff members, nearby residents, or damage the reputation of the property.
2. Strict No Liquor & No Smoking Policy
- I/We clearly understand and accept that consumption, possession, serving, or storage of alcohol/ liquor is strictly prohibited inside the premises of Jaivik Vilas Organic Farm and Retreat.
- I/We also understand and accept that smoking, vaping, hookah, tobacco consumption, or use of any intoxicating substance is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the premises.
- In case any guest is found violating the above policy, the management reserves full rights to immediately ask the guest(s) to vacate the premises without refund and impose penalties/damages, if applicable.
3. Responsibility & Liability
- I/We shall be personally responsible for our actions and behavior during the stay.
- In case of any violation of the rules, misconduct, illegal activity, damage to property, nuisance, or breach of policies, I/We shall solely be held responsible.
- Jaivik Vilas Organic Farm and Retreat, its owners, management, and staff shall not be held liable for any consequences arising due to violation of rules by any guest.
- I/We agree to compensate for any damage caused to property, furniture, décor, equipment, plantation, pool area, or any asset of the retreat during our stay.
4. Safety & Security
- Guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings and valuables.
- The management shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, accident, injury, or unforeseen incident occurring due to negligence or personal conduct of guests.
- Children must remain under parental/guardian supervision at all times.
5. Nature, Farm & Animal Care Policy
- Guests are strictly requested not to disturb, tease, chase, harm, or interfere with any farm animals, birds, aquatic/water animals, or the natural flora and fauna present within the property.
- Plucking of fruits, vegetables, flowers, herbs, crops, or any plantation from the farm premises without prior permission from the management is strictly prohibited.
- Guests are requested not to feed any animals, birds, fish, or other living beings inside the property, as they are already properly fed and taken care of by the management.
- Any intentional harm or disturbance caused to animals, plantations, water bodies, or the natural ecosystem of Jaivik Vilas shall be treated as a serious violation of property rules.
6. Noise & Disturbance
- Loud music, abusive behavior, inappropriate conduct, or disturbance causing inconvenience to others is strictly prohibited.
- Guests shall follow the timings and instructions communicated by the management.
7. Compliance with Management Decisions
- I/We agree to cooperate with the staff and management during our stay.
- The decision of the management regarding discipline, safety, and policy compliance shall be final and binding.
Declaration
- I/We have carefully read and understood all the terms and conditions mentioned above. I/We voluntarily agree to comply with all the rules and policies of Jaivik Vilas Organic Farm and Retreat.
- I/We further undertake that in case of any violation of the above-mentioned rules and regulations, I/We shall be solely and personally responsible for the consequences arising thereof.
