Our Story: How Jaivik Vilas Was Born
Jaivik Vilas began as a dream — a dream to create a place where people could escape modern chaos and rediscover peace, simplicity, and nature.
Located just outside Indore, the retreat stands on a 10-acre organic farm, surrounded by mountains, orchards, and quiet greenery. The idea was not to build a commercial resort, but a soulful sanctuary built with love, intention, and respect for nature.
The founders wanted to create a space where:

- Nature and comfort coexist beautifully
- Traditional Indian values blend with modern hospitality
- Guests feel at home, not like customers
- Families experience authentic rural charm without compromising luxury

From the very beginning, every corner of Jaivik Vilas was built with a commitment to nature:
- No trees were cut for furniture — each piece is made from recycled or restored antique wood from the 1920s–1940s
- Kavelu (mud tile) ceilings were used for natural insulation
- Organic farming practices define the land
- Single-use plastic has been eliminated
- Natural materials, heritage pieces, and earthy aesthetics shape the design
The goal was to create a retreat that feels authentic, warm, and responsible.

- A multi-fruit orchard with 15+ varieties
